The three-stage Liberty Waterberg Encounter takes place from June 8 to 10. The mountain-bike race starts at the Sondela Nature Reserve and Spa in Bela-Bela and finishes at Elements Private Golf Reserve on the first day.
The second stage takes place over a cloverleaf race format from the estate while riders make their way back to Sondela Nature Reserve on the third and final day.
Participants will complete a 172km journey over some of the best mountain-bike terrain in the north of the country and cover 2774m ascent over the three days.
This event, which is the final race of three in the Liberty MTB Encounter Series, affords mountain-bikers an unequalled on and off-road experience. It is an encounter where riders are treated as VIPs’ and are offered world-class hospitality at 5-star venues.
